I adjusted the pattern a bit to make it bigger :) I increased two times more after a couple of the dc around rows (increase after 5 dc, increase after 6 dc rounds) and decreased those two back near the end. I finished up with 2 rows of single crochet to create a border. I think in total I ended up with a total of 24 rows.

The pattern was easy to follow and works up quickly :)
