I switched to the third color, the light green. What horrible yarn with which to work! Eeek!

October 24th
I’m done! OK, I didn’t really follow the pattern, mostly because it made an 80-inch scarf! I am barely 5’1”, I do not need an 80-inch scarf nor do I have the patience to knit garter stitch for that long. I can’t say exactly how long this scarf is, I didn’t measure it properly, but I did hold it up next to me and I think it’s about 55 inches long. I just rolled the scarf as I went to decide when I wanted to change colors, based on how it looked.

The lighter green yarn was absolutely hateful to work with, but the color was just what I wanted so I dealt with it.
