I had this sad little skein sitting in my stash for years. The colors are so pretty, but I could never find a lace pattern that showed them off without getting lost.

Seven repeats of the increase chart to the center and I still have 53g left. Lace weight goes a long way. This thing will be huge! Now I have to work seven repeats to the end.

It was a bit of a slog after I reached the center and started the decrease rows, but it got faster towards the end as each row got a little shorter than the last. The finished size is about 100 inches wide by 28 inches deep. It’s huge! But still light and airy. The lace pattern makes the variegated colorway look really interesting, and I think they work well together.
