I’m not often bored with knitting and most of my chosen patterns bring me joy. But this project was one of the most tiring I ever had. After more than a year I was sorry to waste a wonderful yarn on a project which seemed to be endless although I used backward knitting to speed up the knitting process.
The yarn now suits perfectly for 2/3 frieda

This pattern was adapted by a machine knitting pattern of John Allen. So to speak a machine knitting pattern was converted to hand knitting.
Congratulations to all who finish hand knitting projects of this pattern. I admired many projects of other knitters but I’m definitely not the one who will proudly show a complete Summit.
