I used the original vintage pattern for this sweater. It took me almost a year to wear the darn thing, but I am quite pleased with the finished project. The issue was finding a skirt to wear with it.

I love this yarn - it is hard to tell from the photos, but it almost looks like the iridescence created by an oil slick when the sun catches it (the color name petroleo makes a lot more sense, right?).
