Notes

I’ve wanted to make this forever and if it wasn’t for Nerdwars and, more specifically, Nerdwarscon, I never would have. I’m kind of in love with this bag now. Originally it was just going to be my con loot bag for all those freebie comics but the second it was finished it got upgraded to my purse.

And I’m going to hug it and squeeze it and love it forever.

I am a little disappointed though. I didn’t notice that someone else put “Game Over” on the back until after I finished the back. I kind of wish I did that now. Oh well.

My tension for the back was a lot looser so it ended up being bigger than the front. So I just threw some seams in to match the front’s size. Which is probably the main reason why it’s a purse now. Just seaming it together and have it flat would’ve sucked for a purse, I need extra room!

The lining is just black canvas with a pocket on the side…but taking a photo of it was kind of pointless. I have a snap closure right now but I would kind of like it to have a zipper closure but I’m unsure because I hate when I’m knitting and my yarn snags on the zipper. So I’ll probably just leave it.
