Notes

Experiment in shawl shaping.

Lace is repeatable and can me started at any point and worked to any size. Lace is worked in the centre panel only, and the edging can be added on if desired.

Similar to a 3/4 circle, but increasing more at the edges and less in the middle. The side panels look quite different as a result - see Whirlwind Romance for example.

Love working with Wolle’s yarn, you can calculate progress visually by the colour of the yarn. :D

This one has 7 gradations. There is 1 strand of cream throughout and
3 blue
2 blue, 1 olive
1 blue, 2 olive
3 olive
2 olive, 1 grey
1 olive, 2 grey
3 grey.
So helpful when you don’t have a set of scales on you.

Funnily enough, I was distracted at the relevant moment and managed to start the edging one repeat too early, so this one ended up a little smaller than it might have been.
