Using fingering weight yarn and 3mm needles.
CO 6 stitches. Knit garter for 1/2 in. before you split it into 2 parts of 3 sts each. NB: slip the first stitch on each needle
Knit each strand to the desired length. Combine stitches with a garter tab for another 1/2in. BO and sew or glue the cusps onto each end, add chain and necessary findings as desired.
