Notes

I needed a purple bolero to go with a strappy sundress. I couldn’t find one,so made my own. Considering I made it up as I went along, it turned out really well!
It has trebles, granny trebles, chain stitch, picot edging and a bead edging.
I wanted it to be reversible so I didn’t have to think which way out it should be when I put it on. Made in one piece, the only seams are on the front - the zig zag chain stitch. It tapers away to nothing at the armhole and acts as a sort of dart to give shaping.

No pattern I’m afraid, just photos but it shows what you can do when you try!
