I didn’t do modifications in common sence, because I used the pattern only for the lace cart and for number of sts to cast on. Everything else is imprivised. Love the lace pattern - it’s very easy to knit and looks lovely.

For each underarm I BO 5 sts, then 4, 3, 2 and 1 st.
For V-neck I decreased 1 st every right side row, and knitted 52 rows (26 decreases for each side).
