Gauge with 3.5mm: 23 sts / 30 rows. I’ll have to get 3.25mm to check which will be better.
With 3.25 I got 24.5 sts / 34 rows. That’s nearer the given 24/33, so I’ll use 3.25mm. I’ll be no big problem as Wollmeise tends to grow a bit due to washing. So the gauge will adjust.

Finished the last decrease row.

Finished first increase row. Project is a bit too short (0.5 - 1 cm), but that fits the gauge wich is one row off the original. It’s Wollmeise, it’ll stretch a good deal after washing even without blocking. So I’m fine with this.

Last increase row is done and I’ve still 34g left of my first skein. Just a few rows to go and the body is done. :)

Could’ve finished by now, but I got an enormous workload to do, so I’m still busy. Good news: I’m at the sleeves. ;) AND I just bought buttons. Nice, simple, and round mother-of-pearl buttons in natural color (creme-white). It’ll look great! I’m sure. :)

Left sleeve finished and already grafted to the body. Couldn’t wait. ;)

Right sleeve finished and joined to the body with kitchener st.

Chard B2 once and the first two rows of Chart C are done, too. Hope to finish the yoke by friday and then add the button bands on saturday. This way the Cardigan could dry while I’m on a business trip.

Well, I didn’t manage to finish the cardigan before my business trip and while sitting in the train I realized that I forgot the third skein! :O So, I only could go on on Wednesday. I now I finished! :) Just have to wait until it’s dry to add the buttons and sew up the many threads.
