10/10: I have this skein of gorgeous teal yarn I’ve been saving for a nice, small project. Finally decided to try it on the mitts. So far, all I’ve got is a thumb, but oh, I can’t wait to wear these mitts.

10/11: Went to the LYS to get more and got hubby to find a yarn he likes enough for a pair for him. :)

10/16 Finished one last night. Had to make some last minute adjustments to the pattern to make it fit, and it was my first attempt at kitchener stitch. Still, awesome.

10/24 Found a different method for provisional cast on that’s way easier! Finally started the second mitt.

10/27 I’m adjusting the pattern so it fits a lot better. Probably going to end up either knitting a third so I have two that really fit. Not sure if I’m quite up to frogging the first one yet--I put so much work into it!
