Notes

26 August :: The pattern does not specifically state that the texture will shift as you decrease (it just says do a knit stitch if you don’t have enough for pattern).

To adjust for that, after every body decrease on the RS row I switched to the alternate row as my start row. If I decreased on a row 4, then the next row was a row 3 (rather than row 1) then continued the texture repeats. If decrease was on a row 2 then the next row was 1 (instead of row 3)

The raglan decreases just repeated rows 1 and 2.

Put a regular 2x2 collar on rather than the folded. I thought the folded one might be too bulky in this yarn.

Also did slightly shorter ribbing lengths, solely for personal preference. The fit of the sweater is spot on.

Finished just in time to wear to a gathering with Julie.
