Test knitting this lovely bag for ZKBird :). It’s a nice, fun pattern to knit in few days and then have a nice gift :)

Very easy pattern to understand and follow. I test knitted the English version.

Following the pattern. I only added a second color and repeat two more rows to the handles section to have thicker handles but after the felting they are sturdy enough :)

Knitting the Base of the bag and 23 rows with the black yarn changing to blue for the body and handles.

Black yarn= 157 gr.
Blue yarn=148 gr.
My bag weights after felting 297 gr.

Size of the bag before felting was 18 1/2” wide and 12 “ height after felting 9” height (without the handles) x 14” wide (open)

It looks very nice after felting :) I would like to decorate it with an embroidery later.
