Prototype shawl for this design.

The pattern is now published and I will be hosting my very first knit-a-long for the Bordertown shawl in Sunny with a Chance of Knitting group. The thread for KAL is here.
I hope you will join us :-) The pattern is 30% off ($3.50) until the KAL starts on September 2:) After that the pattern will be sold at it regular price of $5.00. You can join the KAL at any time, but you need to finish the shawl and post your pictures by the KAL finish day of October 15 in order to qualify for prizes.

Really great silky yarn with wonderful drape and stitch definition. I love this colorway, but it bled a lot when washed.
skein was overweight at 126g
after shawl 13 g left
BO took 16g (14% of total yarn used)
used 113g=420 yards

Gifted my pink and purple Bordertowns to my friends back in Minsk. They loved it and that makes me very happy :))
