21/9 AArghh, lost concentration and Kfab’ed all the way across row 22. Pay attention!
I love this pattern, though. The yoke is so fun.
Okay ,we’re back on track! Really fun, and I love Peace Fleece. The lavender flecks are gorgeous.
25/9 So, I got past the yoke, and then worked out the sleeve without too much brain strain.
Never having done a cast on at the armpit before, I bound off the sleeves with pink yarn, cast on 9 from where I was, and then continue knitting the other side of the bound stitches.
4/10 Well, am still going, so it didn’t make the birthday pile.
This is such a fun knit. Finished the sleeves, casting off a tighter than I would have liked, with the DP needles, but I think it will be okay. Now for the button band.

10/10 Yaya it’s done!
Opted for short sleeves, as it’s Springm and she will end up wearing it more.
Found amazing cocnut buttons at my LYS.
Had a minor tragedy with the button band, which I picked up a few stitches and made ake end , to even up the bottom, and , well, I think i’ll get away with it!
Ivy loves it!
