Crocheted provisional cast on used to begin. Knit in cable for 14”, then stockinette for 1/4” on each end for a total of 14.5”. 5” wide elastic band sewed to ends.

04-14-2011: Janel can’t find a headband to go with Jocelyn’s dress, so I’m making one. Yay!
