A challenge in fair isle knitting can be picking out the right color combination. The decision making process can bring a project to a dead stop. I tried about 5 different color mixes before I settled on this one for a test knit of my soon to be released mitten pattern. I tend to favor the colors of autumn…orange, green, burnt umber, mustard yellow, touches of red.
