Just starting my first sweater!
(well, minus the little dog one I made for pinto)
Following my love for vintage sewing patterns I am working with a simple striped vintage knitting pattern.

Progress:

Dec 27th - Finally finished the front! Turned out a bit longer than expected. If I use this yarn again I will probably shorten it by one set of stripes.

Jan 19 - Back piece is done! Time to start the sleeves :)

Jan 22 - Sleeves are done. Time to seam it all together!
note : Found a pattern error while knitting the sleeves.
I followed the number of rows in the pattern and it came up short. I referred to the picture of the final garment and followed the color sequence another 12 rows (continuing to Ktogether @ the end of each row) to get everything to line up.

Jan 23 - Sweater is complete!! Very pleased with how it turned out. I decided not to add the buttons because I like the feel of the neck line as-is.
