I needed a simple, mindless project, that I could knit even when I am on autopilot. At the same time I wanted a blanket that would have a furry, but not fuzzy texture. This one definitely fits the bill.

As soon as I have finished the blanket it has been claimed by my 14 year old son. He just loves the furry, but not fuzzy texture of it.
