1707/2010 Completed. At first I wasn’t too happy with this one. Despite ripping back and adding some more stitches over the breast, it was too tight. And it felt too bulky and hot. And there was a minor but visible to me mistake. Anyway, I washed and blocked it an put it away. I wore it one day to have photos taken and then found that I kept wearing it. And received some compliments. Perhaps I won’t rip it after all.

02/07/10 I have ripped this four times times now. Hopefully I have now got the sleeve size right. And I have learnt new cast on and cast off methods. 04/06/10 need to unskein wool and resize pattern and test gauge. gulp. ambitious for first attempt at a garment with a pattern.
