Notes

I’m having a lot of fun making these. They’re easy to do and the perfect mindless project to work on while watching TV. I’m making quick progress on it too, started them this afternoon and am almost at the thumb hole of the first mitten already.

  • 80 rows to thumb hole
  • 12 rows for thumb hole
  • 20 rows for top section

Note: Next time, make the thumb hole 14 rows.

5 November: Super quick project. Another great last-minute gift idea with a fantastic result. I’m a bit of a fan of hand-warmers and this is a great, easy pattern. I love the combo of the ribbing and self-striping yarn (perfect use for BdF’s Goomy 50, by the way). Another plus: it takes less that one ball of yarn to make the pair, which means I have another whole ball left. Yeehee!
