Another trip down memory lane. I wanted something bright and colorful in school colors for the big USC-UCLA football game that our dorm was attending together. None of the scarves at the student store quite caught my fancy, so I decided to make my own. A really, really big and long one (it was practically a shawl and hung to my knees if draped evenly around both sides of my neck). It had these crazy curly tassels because I used some recycled yarn from a previous project and ended up loving the crimp they had. Based very loosely on the original Harry Potter scarves from the first film.
