So here’s the thing. I got this pattern back in June 2012 and put it in my queue. When I started this project, I “cast on” out of the queue, and then the project disappeared from my queue. I’m hoping that for the purposes of ESK Yarnathon Q4, the screen shot of the pattern in my library from June 2012 will suffice as being “in my queue” for 5 years. I hope. Please?

Anyway, the pattern is very easy to follow and easy to knit. It’s a good idea to carry the yarn up the edge for striping. I added a few thicker bands of color for fun, added some beads, and then did five repeats of the second section. Because I can’t seem to follow a pattern to the letter. Sometimes. :)
