Notes

When I bought this yarn at Sedona Knit Wits, I knew it would take a special and fairly simplistic pattern to show off the yarn. The yarn itself is made of three different textures spaced out, and I thought it was a perfect match to the slip stitch pattern of Susan Ashcroft’s boomerangs. The beading was just to add some sparkle and the whole look makes me think of bioluminescent plankton in the ocean. It’s been commented that the red beads are unusual, and I agree! I never would have put red beads in this myself except for the fact that the beads came mixed together that way, but I think it’s a wonderful happy accident!
