Always wanted to try this pattern. I would use longer needles next time. It was difficult to keep from losing stitches as the project progressed.

The yarn was annoyingly “sticky” and not so easy to knit with. I used bamboo circular needles, but next time I would use a smoother needle if I used such a “hairy” yarn.

I finished it with I-cord, sewing up most of the front and making a design of un-attached I-cord which I then tacked down.

Isla loved it and it looks nice on her.
