This shawl will be something very special. I should tell a little story about the 2 yarns:

My sneaking desire was to own 2 kinds of yarn: One of this was “Socks that rock” and the other one was “Bugga!” But which colorway….there are so many.
How shall I put it?…one day the postmann rang the bell and brought me a little parcel with exactlly 2 of these skeins of yarn inside!!! - And the colorways….unbelievable, exacatly my colors. I was really over the moon!

In april I went to the yarn festival in Backnang. At Dibadu’s booth I saw this stunning yellow-gold-colored yarn and I had to have it

At this morning I put the 2 skeins together and they will create a very special Landscape for me ;)

Diese Tuch wird etwas ganz Besonderes für mich. Dazu eine kleine Geschichte:

Tief in mir ist seit langer Zeit der Wunsch einmal einen Strang “Socks that rock” und “Bugga!” mein Eigen zu nennen. Das Problem dabei ist nur, es gibt sooo viele verschiedene Färbungen!
Was soll ich sagen?…eines Tages klingelte der Postbote und überreichte mir ein Päckchen mit exakt 2 dieser Stränge. Ich war völlig überwältigt! - Die Farben sind auch genau meine Farben.
An dieser Stelle nochmals ein ganz, ganz herzliches Dankeschön an Valerie /oneyarn für dieses umwerfende Geschenk
Ach ja, sie wusste nichts von meinem geheimen Wunsch !

Dann war ich im April diesen Jahres in Backnang beim Wollfest. An Barbara’s / Dibadu Stand ging ich schnurstracks auf einen ganz bestimmten Strang zu…fast wie von Geisterhand geführt ;)…es musste diese wunderschöne gelb-goldene Farbe sein.

Heute habe ich die beiden nebeneinandergelegt, sie werden mir eine ganz besondere Landschaft schenken ;)
