Pattern Notes
Knitting: Cardigan
The Bruton Hoody is knitted in one piece to the armholes, the Fronts and Back are then worked separately to the shoulder. A twisted stitch cable panel goes up the left front to the shoulder. The sleeves are then picked up from the armholes and knitted down to the cuffs, thus minimising the finishing required.
Knitting: Scarf
The Book of Haps is now available
Knitting: Pullover
This sweater was inspired by woodland walks in Somerset and Scotland. The photos were taken in a small village just outside my home town in Somerset, called East Woodlands. There are beautiful deciduous woods surrounding the cluster of houses and a church. It’s an idyllic setting, even on a rainy day!

The Japanese lace rib pattern used in these socks is nice and stretchy. The socks are mirrored, so be sure to use the correct chart for your second sock!
Knitting: Mid-calf Socks
These socks were inspired by Fisherman’s Ganseys. They feature a textured ankle and plain foot, with the option to knit an initial into the toe. The pattern is given in written form with the exception of the letters which are only shown in charted form.
Knitting: Baby Blanket
The centre of this baby blanket is worked first, and then the edging is knitted separately and sewn to the centre.
