Knitting: Mid-calf Socks
This is a sock designed to use multiple colors of sock or fingering yarn from a sampler of all the colors. It is knit in “Hawthorne” from Knitpicks and features stripes and a contrast cuff, heel and toe but can be knit entirely from the sampler yarn if there is sufficient quantity.

Knitting: Coat / Jacket
This uses scraps of non-bulky chenille yarn, any kind of thin-ish eyelash as a knit-along (not too bulky) and La Gran. It is knit side-to-side. The chenille makes the cuff; you could substitute some other smooth yarn like a ribbon yarn.
