Knitting: Vest
The goal was to create a vest with arm scythes roomy enough to be worn with sweaters. However I additionally wanted the arm scythes carefully shaped and finished, so they have a fitted look even when worn just over a simple T-shirt.
Knitting: Pullover
This is a warm and very comfortable tunic-sweater, knit top-down, using the contiguous method. It is slightly form-fitted for a flattering shape.
Knitting: Vest
This vest gives a lot of options for stash busting and using colors. The pieces are knit separately in color blocks and then joined with a simple crochet stitch. I decided to show the seams on the outside and used a different color for that yarn as well.
Knitting: Pants
These pants could be your workhorse for the warm days of the year. They have a very comfortable fit without being clingy or baggy. The fit is waist high but the elastic waistband can be folded down which allows for a low ride look. The all linen fabric is machine washable and dryer fast, becoming softer with every use without loosing it’s shape...
Knitting: Coat / Jacket
A lightweight and breezy shirt with classic lines; wear it alone or under a vest or jacket. The chosen stitch pattern gives this 100 % linen fabric a comfortable stretch and you freedom of movement.
Knitting: Vest
Part I of a set of three:
Knitting: Sleeveless Top
This is a versatile tunic/dress, knit top-down with 2” of positive ease to make it flow and allow for layering.
Knitting: Fingerless Gloves
This is a glove of multifaceted uses:
Knitting: Beanie, Toque
This light stockinette cap in a lively spring color has it’s clean look of stockinette stitch gently broken up by a few rounds of a slightly gathering rib with a slanting stitch pattern.
Knitting: Shawl / Wrap
This simple and airy shawl, knit with warm weather friendly yarn, is a good companion during spring and summer. Depending on the color you choose it can add a splash of excitement to your wardrobe or a subtle hint of elegance.
Knitting: Fingerless Gloves
This half glove offers the perfect opportunity to practice the changing of directions while knitting. There are detailed photos and descriptions that will show you how to knit rounds that call for a purl stitch. Fun!
Knitting: Beanie, Toque
I have added a helpful hint about the finishing process before the felting.
