Knitting: Fingerless Gloves, Beret, Tam
Have been working on this pattern for a while. My friend’s daughter asked her for a hand knit item for a silent auction for Autism Awarenss. I decided to make and design a fingerless gloves and slouch hat set for the event and offer the pattern for free here on Ravelry.

Knitting: Scarf
This is a self-fringing scarf. It is a simple pattern that anyone can knit in a weekend. It starts out with 12 sts and increases 5 sts in on each side on EVERY row. At the end you bind all sts except the first and last 5 sts. These sts are unraveled and tied in an overhand knot next to the body of the scarf to give your fringe.
Knitting: Shawl / Wrap
This shawl can be made in lace weight yarn for the larger version, sock weight yarn is used for the smaller version.

This pattern can also be purchased on the Knit Picks website. The shawl was designed to celebrate friendship through thick & thin. Optional CLosure:** Do NOT cut yarn. Place long Band into the Keyhole Band and fold to the back. Whipstitch the bind off row to the Second Decrease Row. This gives a permanent closure, but it looks great. This is an optional closing, if you prefer. (See last 6 photos)

Knitting: Shrug / Bolero
Any Worsted Weight yarn is perfect for this cute, tie in the front, shrug/short cardi. It looks great over a sundress or over a tank top. It is the perfect clothing item for the coolness of Spring and the heat of Summer.
Knitting: Shawl / Wrap
This shawl was designed by Ladawan. All our knitting group wanted to have the pattern, so I figured out what she did and wrote it out. It is a crescent shaped shawl with eyelet increase in the body and a ruffle on the end. It is a lovely flouncy little shawl.
Knitting: Shawl / Wrap
This one came to me when I was designing another one. I wanted a semi circle that used less than 500 yards of yarn, was stockinette stitch, with beads through out the body and with an edging that was flouncy and dripping beads!

I needed a project for my first plane trip and wanted some brainless knitting. I love my Simply Pi Shawl, but wanted to not make a circular shawl, so Piece of Pi was the solution. I am thrilled with the results. It is very lacy and looks like an opened Spanish lace fan.

I designed this shawl for a friend, crazyacres, who does not care for knitting, but is an excellent spinner and crocheter. She loves Sontags and wanted to make one from her homespun yarn, so here it is. I made this one for a small person. For the next size up, work 6 more rows.
