A simple wolf (or dog - depends on colours and final muzzle shape). Using worsted weight yarn and 4 mm needles, dog is about 5 inches long and 5 inches tall.

Making this giraffe with 100% acrylic yarn and stuffing makes it very washable. Embroider eyes and features to ensure no choking hazards.

I use 100% acrylic for all my crafts, and polyester stuffing. The moose may not be a great toy because of the need for dowels to hold his heavy head up and to hold his antlers out straight. One dowel goes from head to bottom of left leg, another goes from one end of the antlers through the head and to the other antler.
