Chrysalis hat is a mixture of things I prefer in knitting - using local wool combined with scraps from my stash.

Important information: after several of you knitted this hat, it became apparent that I am a VERY loose knitter, therefore it is recommended for all tight knitters to use needle size 5.5mm (US9) and change cast on stitches to 80.
