Not so much a pattern as a scrap book of ideas on how to make a hand knit version of Martin Freeman’s machine knit cabled crew-neck from the recent BBC1 series Sherlock.
Knitting: Knee-highs
It’s your first away mission and if you’re wearing a red shirt you’re probably praying it won’t be your last. You’ve packed your phaser and your tricorder but, if you want to be really prepared for whatever this strange, new world is going to throw at you, what you really need are your away mission socks.

Knitting: Baby Blanket
You can use any yarn for this pattern and knit it to any size you like. A smooth yarn is best to bring out the pattern detail.
