I’m Alison, an adopted Aussie!, originally from Northern Ireland where my Mum taught me to knit when I was little. I’ve always had something on my needles since I was a teenager - mainly sweaters, cardi’s and toys.

Since moving to warmer climes, I’m now a fan of socks, beanies, cowls - well actually ….. just about everything still! As long as I can knit it, I’m happy!

All my patterns come with links to my mini 1 minute video tutorials on YouTube of all the stitches and techniques used in each pattern - so no more having to Google or look your reference books up while thinking ‘now how do I do that stitch/technique again?’ It’s a wee time saver!
