I came to knitwear design out of my interest in making beautiful and functional objects out of responsibly sourced natural materials - in a world so filled with factory made goods and plastic.

I strive to create designs that knitters will love to make, and most importantly, love to wear. Sustainability, equality, and accessibility are guiding principles in my design work. This includes a commitment to size inclusive grading and a focus on working with natural and ethically sourced fiber.

I live in Asheville, NC with my partner, right along the Blue Ridge Parkway. I absolutely love all things nature, including hiking, swimming, foraging, and learning about plants, animals and my environment. My other interests include reading, playing board games (especially cooperative ones!), and checking out local breweries. I spent several years working on organic farms and I’m working towards one day starting a small homestead with my partner.
