I am the daughter of an engraver and a mathematician. I was born in the Pacific Northwest, and grew up with the mountains, trees and ocean always close. There’s never been a time that I haven’t been making something or dreaming about making something!

I taught myself to knit the summer of 2002 while I was home from college. I loved it so much I taught my mom, brother, and some friends how to knit. Since then, I’ve been knitting for family and friends and teaching anyone who is interested. Knitting brings me so much joy!

I currently live in Bremerton, Washington with my husband and three kids.
