Hi, I’m Jessica Ays, and I design thoughtful, confidence-building knitting patterns for passionate knitters who love to grow their skills and feel calm, capable, and creative every time they pick up their needles.

Many of my patterns are inspired by my real life, like the name ‘Double the Stitches,’ is inspired by my twin boys (and the realization that if I ever wanted them to have hand-knit things, I would need to double my stitches!).

Through my Stitch Society Membership and On-Demand Workshops, I support knitters who want to deepen their skills, connect with a welcoming community, and find even more joy in their craft.
