Hi! I am Sanne from Amsterdam, The Netherlands. My love for knitting started in art school when I was studying fashion design.
I learned myself to crochet when I was in the first year of my studies. Soon knitting followed. And before I knew it my whole wardrobe was filled with handmade clothing.

In the end I didn’t finish fashion school because I wasn’t agreeing with the high fashion system and also liked it more to make art than sew.
So I went to a different art school where I finished my studies in textiles.
Nowadays I make woolen tufted artworks.

But I still love to knit and people often ask me if I sell my knits. My answer is that I don’t sell my knits because they take to much time to make but that I want to start selling knitting patterns of my designs.

In Februari 2021 I published my first knitting pattern Rainy Days Socks, an entrelac sock pattern and I hope that more will follow.
