Size should be chosen based on your chest measurement. The top is designed with no ease and has waist shaping to achieve the fitted silhouette.

Note: After test knitting, more length was added to the armhole which increases the overall length of the garment, meaning the Cut Out sits a little lower on the back.

DESCRIPTION
The 06 Cable Cut Out top is worked top down in the cable pattern and features a cut out detail at the back finished with an i-cord tie.

To begin, the back and shoulders are created by casting on the back neck using the long tail method, gradually increasing to reach the full shoulder width. Stitches are picked up to create the front shoulders, and the neckline is increased, then joined using the backwards loop cast on. The Front and Back are worked to the base of the armhole where the pieces are joined to begin working in the round. If a longer top length is desired, a few pattern repeats can be added after the body is joined.

Waist shaping is worked, keeping a cable at the centre as a decorative mock side seam, and at the same time the Cut Out feature is worked.

Finally, stitches are picked up around the Cut Out, the i-cord edging is applied, i-cord ties are sewn to the inside of the Cut Out, and voila! you have completed your 06 Cable Cut Out garment.
