MATERIALS AND TOOLS
• Yarn:
• Main yarn in black, pink and white colors – any yarn (mohair, wool, acrylic). I recommend that you use yarn 500-600m/100g (light fingering weight) - I used “Mohair delicate” from “Nako” approximately 25-30 g of white, 10 g of black and small amount of pink;
• Small amount of white yarn for the muzzle (it should be slightly finer than the main yarn, around 700-800m/100g). You can use your main white yarn instead (the instructions are given). Main yarn was used for panda on the picture above.
You can buy this yarn as a set here

• Any yarn in green for the bamboo leaves (optional) – I used 100% acrylic yarn (400m/100g);
• Matching crochet hook (I used 2 mm for the main parts and bamboo – approximately US 4, UK 2 1/2, 1.25 mm for the muzzle made of finer yarn – approximately US 10, UK 5 1/2);
• Small amount of black color felting wool to needle felt the nose (instructions are not given), a ready-made plastic nose or black yarn to embroider the nose;
• Small amount of pink color felting wool for the tongue (instructions are not given). You can use a piece of pink felt or fleece instead or crochet it (instructions are not given);
• Felting needle (optional);
• Two black beads or half beads for the eyes (I used 5-7 mm in diameter);
• Any stuffing;
• Tapestry needle;
• A piece of wire for the bamboo leaves (optional).
