2026 Charistmas Bauble

This year’s bauble pattern has a simple design with the year and two Selbu roses.
It is knit in the round, two stranded over the middle section, and the bauble is either filled with fibre filling or worked onto a plastic bauble (approx. 6.5 cm diametre).

The pattern is charted with a few key rounds written, and it contains several explanations of stitches and techniques.

Size:
Height: 6.5 cm/2.5”
Circumference: 20 cm/8”

Materials:

• Yarn with approx. 200 metres per 50 grams. E.g Drops fabel or Arwetta by Filcolana.
• Dpns (or long circular ndl) size 2.5 mm or size needed to achieve gauge.
• ~40 cm/16” ribbon/lace or the like for hanging.
• Fibre filling (or plastic bauble size 6.5 cm/2.4”)
