This A-line skirt is easy to knit and fun to wear! It’s swingy and fun and the perfect way to use your favorite variegated yarn. Choose a size that is at least an inch smaller than the wearer’s waist.

PATTERN NOTES
A Little Night Magic is knitted from the top down, in the round. A wide waistband is worked in welted rib in a smaller circumference than the wearer’s waist, then increases are worked evenly to form the A-line shape. The hem is finished off with more welted ribbing.

The yarn used for the sample was from the 2011 Woolies Booty Club and is not commercially available. You may use any heavy worsted yarn, such as Malabrigo Rios. I do not recommend lighter worsted weight yarns for this pattern. I do recommend a hand dyed yarn!
