A New Chapter is a two-color triangular shawl created for fingering/sport weight yarns.

The shawl is worked starting from the upper tip of the triangle and features a striking mosaic patterns framed by easy garter stitch.

The borders of the shawl are kept neat and tidy thanks to two integrated i-cords.

Although it might look complicated, the mosaic pattern is not difficult to knit, as for mosaic knitting you just use one color at a time. It just requires a bit of concentration, making this shawl a fun and engaging project.

The size of this shawl can be easily modified by following the instructions provided in the pattern and/or by using a bigger or smaller yarn weight than the one I used for my original sample.
