It is designed for people who have a good familiarity with how to sew and use circular crank knitting machines and was designed for the Addi Express. Any fluffy yarn that looks like a cord with fluff attached to it will work well. Bulkier yarns that look like a solid caterpillar are problematic on the Addi Express.

You will need one and a half skeins (approximately 400 yards) of the main color and a small amount of the contrast color. (Enough to knit 16 rows in the round.) It is difficult to measure yardage with the fluffy yarns, so my advice is to buy an extra skein.
