You can make this fit multiple sizes of cups – you may just need some extra buttons

I tried it on the following:

14″ circumference coffee mug
11″ circumference coffee mug
12″ circumference glass Ashland Jar Candle
and it also fits around disposable coffee cups you do need to add a 3rd button to ensure it fits securely and when using it as a sleeve be sure you have a good grip so you do not get burned by the hot liquid in the cup!
