This fully reversible triangular shawl has a striking textured stitch pattern that is created using only knit and purl stitches making it a perfect knit for a confident beginner. Knitters with more experience will find it provides a soothing rhythmical knit for those relaxing evenings or little moments in the day when you can sneak a little knitting time in. Bliss.

Designed to be knitted in a sport or heavier weight yarn for colder days but can be knitted in any weight and the size is very easily adjusted by working more (or less!) repeats.

The pattern has full written instructions, and is fully charted so you are fee to choose which option you prefer! It also has a stitch count table to keep you on track!

Yarn:
This shawl can be made with any weight yarn
Shown in Cascade 220 superwash sport, colour Extra Creme Cafe.
As a guide:
DK weight 550 m / 601 yds
Sport weight 625 m / 684 yds
sock weight 730 - 800 m / 799 - 875 yds.

Needles and notions:
4.5 mm (US 7) for DK weight
4.0 mm (US 6) for sport weight
3.75 mm (US 5) for sock, circular needle 32”/80 cm long.
Needle to sew in ends.

Gauge:
Gauge is not critical as you can modify the size of the shawl by changing the number of repeats worked.
As a guide: In sport weight, on 4.00 mm (US 6) needles; 20 sts & 32 rows to 4” in pattern after blocking.

Size:
Wingspan: ~73”/184 cm, depth ~21”/53 cm.

knit, purl, k2tog, kfbf, icord bind off (optional)
