Adventurous Bob

Meet Bob – the bold adventurer who’s always ready to take on new challenges! In this very first pattern, Bob comes with his standard gear: an iconic pitchfork and a trusty straw hat that protects him in any weather. He’s also equipped with an oxygen tank and diving goggles – perfect for venturing into uncharted terrains.

This pattern marks the beginning of a whole series of Bob designs. Whether as a zombie, an astronaut, or something completely unexpected – Bob will take on many new roles and accessories in the future.

Materials Needed:
Yarn: DK weight cotton yarn (50g/115m):
Sand color for the body
Straw yellow and fire red for the hat
Light brown and steel gray for the pitchfork
Yellow and gray for the oxygen tanks
Black for the valves (exact amounts may vary depending on your yarn and technique)
Embroidery thread: Black and light brown for the mouth and eye details
Hook: 2.5 mm
Safety eyes: 1 x 12 mm and 1 x 8 mm (different sizes)
Floral wire: 0.7 mm (at least 1 meter for the pitchfork and oxygen tanks)
Liquid glue: For securing wire and yarn
Darning needle: For sewing the parts together
Stuffing: Polyester fiberfill or similar material
Additional tools: Ruler, pliers, wire cutters, scissors

Skill Level: Advanced beginner
Size: Finished figure approx. 10 cm tall

Diese Anleitung ist der Auftakt zu einer ganzen Reihe von Bob-Designs. Ob als Zombie, Astronaut oder etwas völlig Unerwartetes – in Zukunft wird Bob noch viele weitere Rollen und Zubehörteile erhalten.

Garn: Baumwollgarn DK (50g/115m):
Sandfarbe für den Körper
Strohgelb und Feuerrot für den Hut
Hellbraun und Stahlgrau für die Mistgabel
Gelb und Grau für die Sauerstoffflaschen
Schwarz für die Ventile (exakte Mengen hängen von der Garnstärke und deiner Technik ab)
Stickgarn: Schwarz und Hellbraun für den Mund und die Augenringe
Häkelnadel: 2,5 mm
Sicherheitsaugen: 1 x 12 mm und 1 x 8 mm (unterschiedliche Größen)
Blumendraht: 0,7 mm (mind. 1 Meter für Mistgabel und Sauerstoffflaschen)
Flüssigkleber: Für die Sicherung des Drahts und Garns
Stopfnadel: Zum Zusammennähen der Einzelteile
