Aguas Blancas means White Waters, and it’s the name of a peaceful place near Minas, in Lavalleja (Uruguay). Most of my family-in-law was born and raised there, and I’ve had the chance to visit a few times.

I first designed a cowl and named it Aguas Blancas because it combines two natural skeins, as pure as water. Shortly after, I created a matching hat to complete the set.

With just two skeins (Rasta and Caracol), you can knit both the hat and the cowl.
This hat is a super quick and easy project (it can be finished in less than two hours).
