Alaria beanie is a tam style beanie with large Fair Isle crown and two colour ribbing.

That pattern does include instructions for making the hat smaller if needed. Main size is the universal size and measures approx.56cm in circumference.

For this hat i used Jamieson of Shetland spindrift and 8 colours. The hat can be made with fewer colours as well. I suggest using yarns of similar weight from your stash as the pattern uses a very small amount of each colour - 2 of which only used up 5 grams.

Alaria beanie was spring inspired and is a relatively simple hat to knit. As the yarn is finer it makes it very light weight so the beanie can be worn on cool days all year around.
